ACCOMMODATION
Jack and Matilda will be staying at Paramount House Hotel and would love to have you there with them if possible. If you plan on staying elsewhere in Sydney, it is recommended to book in either the CBD, Paddington or Surry Hills, all of which are roughly 10 minutes or less from the restaurant.

 YOUR AFTERNOON WHILE WE SAY I DO
Arriving on your own is just no fun. While Jack and Matilda say their I do’s, jump onboard our organised bus (the nuptial express) at 3.00pm at Paramount House Hotel and travel together for sunset cocktails before jumping back on the bus and heading to Gilda’s, Surry Hills for a 6pm start.

IS IT A WEDDING CEREMONY?

In short, no. The couple are privately eloping earlier in the day and will then meet each of you at Gildas to celebrate. While they’d love to involve everyone at the ceremony, this family is bloody huge and Jack’s allergic to public speaking. A private affair feels right.

THE NIGHT BEFORE
For those already in Sydney, please come along with the bride and groom to share a few pre-wedding drinks and dinner the night before. Location TBD.

YOUNG CHILDREN
The evening is asked to please be child free, while we understand this can at times be tricky, your understanding is appreciated as the restaurant is privately booked to capacity.

GIFTS
Your presence is the best gift of all and all that is asked. However, should you wish to pass on a gift, there will be a wishing well present on the evening.

PARKING & TRANSPORT
If you don’t intend on coming via the bus, there is limited street parking surrounding Gilda’s as well as overnight parking nearby which can be booked via wilsonparking.com.au.
